"Will strangers be able to see my daughter's photo?"
Your daughter's photo is uploaded during registration but is never shown on the introduction card that other families see. It becomes accessible only inside a supervised 5-day chat — and only after both families have already said YES to each other. She is never browsed. She is never displayed to strangers.
"How do I know the profiles on here are real?"
Every single member on Humraah — before their profile goes live — goes through identity verification against India's government Aadhaar database. This is not self-certification or a community vouching badge. It is a real-time government identity check. The person on that card is real. Their name is real. Their existence is verified.
"Can I manage this myself, or will my child handle it?"
Humraah has a Family Managed path built specifically for this. You register on behalf of your son or daughter. You fill the profile. You receive every introduction. You respond YES, NO, or LATER. All WhatsApp alerts come to your number. Your son or daughter can be as involved as your family decides — or not involved at all. The choice is yours.
"Are the families here the right kind of families?"
Every introduction you receive is filtered first by section (Pehla Rishta or Naya Safar), then by sect, gender, and age — before any other matching happens. The algorithm then scores by Islamic practice level, city, education, sub-sect, and family lifestyle. You will only ever see Muslim rishta introductions from families whose values are compatible with yours. And every one of them is Aadhaar verified.

How Involved Your Muslim Family Wants to Be
Humraah does not impose a single model on every Muslim family. Every family is different. Every family's comfort level is different. Our Islamic matrimonial platform accommodates all of them — from fully Family Managed to fully self-managed.
Family Managed
Parent or guardian registers, fills the profile, receives all introductions, and manages every response and conversation. The candidate is not in the loop unless the family decides otherwise.
Family + Candidate
Parent registers and manages the account. Candidate is added as a co-manager and can see introductions and participate in responses. Both views, both voices.
Self + Parent Aware
Candidate manages the profile and introductions. Parent has been told and is supportive but is not on the platform. The candidate handles everything — with family awareness and blessing.
Candidate Only
Candidate manages everything independently. Family is aware and supportive but prefers not to be involved in the digital process. All decisions are the candidate's own.
The Islamic Wali System — Your Guardian's Presence Shown
When you register as Family Managed — or when a Wali is registered on the account — every introduction card shows Islamic guardianship clearly to the other Muslim family. They know immediately that there is proper Islamic family oversight involved.

Every Muslim Profile Aadhaar Verified
Every Muslim family on Humraah has gone through government identity verification before their profile went live. The profile you're reviewing belongs to a real person. Their name, identity, and existence are confirmed by the Government of India. No exceptions on our Islamic matrimonial platform.

No monthly subscription. No "premium" tier for families. No feature locks. ₹499 is your complete cost. If your family's Nikah happens through Humraah — a hadiah is your family's choice, offered freely. We will never ask, never follow up, never make it a condition.
We Act Immediately on Fake Profiles
If a profile that has been introduced to your family turns out to be misrepresented in any way — contact us directly. We will investigate immediately and act. Our credibility with every family depends on this. It is not a policy. It is a moral commitment.
Your Muslim Family's Data Is Never Sold or Shared
Your family's information — profile details, contact data, responses to introductions — is used only to power Humraah's Islamic matrimonial service. It is never sold to advertisers. Never shared with third parties. Never used for any purpose outside of finding your Muslim family a halal match. Compliant with India's DPDPA.
